What does a lead actually represent?
A filing or project with evidence of proposed work. It is a research signal, rather than a confirmed tender, purchasing request or awarded job. Different trade matches can belong to the same project.
Are all contacts decision-makers?
Contacts keep their supported role and scope. A designer may help with specifications; a contractor may have a particular appointment. Procurement authority is not assumed.
How often is the research refreshed?
The feed shows its actual import and verified sync dates. During this beta, refreshes depend on the research pipeline being available; an uninterrupted daily delivery service is not promised. Each brief shows when its own evidence was checked.
What happens when I cancel?
Manage payment details and cancel future renewals through your account’s Stripe customer portal. End-of-period cancellation retains access until the paid period expires.
Are restaurant / retail views and tenders included?
Restaurant and retail supplier views organise the existing NYC construction feed and are included at the same price. The separate tender pilot is a free selection of manually reviewed public notices, not a promised daily tender service.
Does Scoutt contact businesses for me?
Scoutt provides research only. It does not call, email or submit business forms.
