Prospect pack terms

One payment, one edition

US$29 once for the 10 October 2026 edition of ten NYC restaurant and retail business opening or expansion records. The ten include the three complete public samples. This purchase is separate from US$29/month NYC membership. It does not renew, include membership, or promise automatic updates.

What is delivered

Each record includes the supported business change, address, a published business contact route with its role and scope, source links and section references, suggested agency fit labelled as inferred, and unresolved questions. After a verified payment, access is linked to your Scoutt login. Read the pack online and download CSV or JSON for your internal business research. Keep your download; no permanent hosted availability is promised.

Research limits and use

The selected changes span August–October 2026 and were checked on 10 October. Source availability, contact details and opening status can change. A public contact is not necessarily a marketing buyer. Agency fit does not establish a requirement, budget, available contract or intent to purchase. Scoutt does not contact businesses or promise introductions, responses or sales.

Use the information lawfully for your own business research. Do not resell or republish the pack, harvest private contacts or use it for unlawful spam.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes payment. A checkout return alone does not prove payment; access requires verification. Refunded or disputed payments can remove hosted access. If delivery fails, details are materially inaccurate or another issue arises, contact support. Change-of-mind refunds are reviewed individually; no voluntary money-back period is promised. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
