## The service

Scoutt NYC provides subscription access to project research, source evidence, trade filters and public business contacts with their project roles. Filings indicate proposed work; they do not confirm available orders or purchasing authority. Updates show their actual dates; daily delivery and successful sales are not guaranteed.

## Monthly billing

Scoutt NYC costs US$29 per month. Payment is taken when you subscribe, then monthly until cancelled. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. Access requires a verified active subscription.

## Cancellation

Before your next renewal, sign in at scoutt.work/account, select “Manage billing & cancellation”, and complete cancellation in the billing portal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period. If you cannot cancel online, contact support@scoutt.work.

## Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our cancellation and refund policy for refunds and service problems.
