## Cancellation

Cancel before your next monthly renewal through “Manage billing & cancellation” at scoutt.work/account. Access continues until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund that period. Contact support@scoutt.work if cancellation is blocked or a charge appears incorrect.

## Refund rights

We provide refunds and other remedies required by applicable law, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem. These rights are not restricted by this policy.

Change-of-mind refunds are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

## Making a request

Email support@scoutt.work with your account email, charge date or receipt reference, and a description of the problem. We will investigate and explain the outcome.
